Is there any expiry of VGCash?
Currently there is no expiry of VGCash.
But if we run offers and give any short term VGCash balance in offer, then it might have an expiry.
Can I give my VGCash to someone else?
VGCash is not transferable and cannot be, transferred or assigned to anyone else. You can always use your balance to purchase product as a gift for someone else.
What happens if my order is cancelled or returned?
In case of order cancellation or Return, VGCash will not be given or reimbursed back. VGCash are only earned on successful completion of purchase after order is delivered.
